  • "While on a west coast ride from Georgia my HD helmet had a malfunction. I stopped in Coosbay HD looking for parts. NO LUCK with that but the young lady that was helping me got me in a new helmet in minutes. I assumed that would be the end of the story but I was wrong. I did not purchase the malfunctioning helmet from Coosbay but they offered to ship the helmet back to HD and try to get it covered under warranty. I was assured if they couldn't get it covered they would ship my helmet back to me. Turns out the helmet was covered and Coosbay HD refunded my purchase which they didn't have to do since I didn't purchase from them. This is how you earn loyal customers. I wish I lived close enough to do all of my motorcycle business there. They saved my trip. THANK YOU Coosbay HD"

  • "I had a mechanical problem with my Bike, I called 101 Coos Bay Harley and told them the problem, I explain that I was over 100 miles away, and that I would have to trailer the bike to them,First thing that impressed me was the fact that Service Dept try to walk me through my problem with out bring in the bike, after I apply what they had told me to fix the problem, they called me back to see if that corrected the issue. I told the Service dept I would need to bring in the bike, and they told me to bring it in at my convenience, I was planning on leaving the bike overnight, within two hours of being there, Service dept called me and told me it was fix and ready to be pick up, know mind you that I called Eugene and they could not even look at it for over a week and quoted me 350. to repair, 101 Coos Bay Harley not only fix the bike all in the same day but only charge me under 100, I was in and out and up and Riding my bike . Save a bunch of money by going to 101 Harley, Service Dept is very Honest, and extremely sharp to chasing down the problem, 101 Coos Bay Harley has earned my business 100% Thank You Service Dept."

  • "We bought an 01 lowrider from Al and it was a great experience dealing with him, absolutely no pressure or intimidation at all, Ben in finance was a pleasure to deal with also and I forgot his name ( sorry ) but the young man learning the financial aspect was great. Lincoln made sure everything fit me before taking the bike outside for us.

    What an absolute pleasure and we plan on making purchases there for a long time."

  • "Thanks to Lincoln and his crew for getting me back on the road after having my stator fail. We were on day 4 of a 10 day ride. We rolled in around noon and were back on the road by 5:30pm.     We rode down from Portland area for last years light house run, just out side Readsport a friends bikes battery light came on. We dropped the wife's at hotel and got to your dealership about 5:15. Night before the run very busy. The service manager came out and diagnosed the bike, gave us a est. and repaired it on Saturday so Tony could ride home on Sunday with the group. Good People!"

  • "I just got my first Harley Davidson bike at coos bay 101. I can t elaborate enough how satisfied and happy I am about my purchase there. The sales manager and mechanics were all helpful in getting me comfortable with the bike I wanted. I got to meet the owners are they are super friendly.They have a very large selection of new and used bikes. I ended up with a used 1200 Sportster that had low miles. My payments are only $60 dollars a month. I recommend them to anyone looking for a Harley Davidson."

  • "From the first phone call to my first 1000 mile service. From the first bolt to the last stroke of the custome bike and paint. Everything was/is incredible. The whole entire staff is wonderful.   • "We just wanted to give a shout out to the folks at Highway 101 HD in Coos Bay, OR. We were on a road trip up thru the Pacific Northwest and encountered a check engine and battery light. I lost some gauges and was about 5 miles from your shop. I pulled in and you guys helped with some diagnostics of the battery and charging system. All checked out and it gave us peace of mind to continue on. Home for us is the Phoenix, AZ area so you can imagine the miles ahead. All was well the rest of the trip.   • "We were travelling through Coos Bay and my bike had a engine code light that was making me a little anxious. We stopped in at Hwy 101 HD just as they were closing. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. They were able to check the code and it was a spark plug issue. I was able to get two plugs from the friendly parts counter and the service technician installed them at no charge. They even put air in my rear suspension for me! Great people, super friendly and they went out of their way to provide top shelf assistance. Great job!"

  • "We would like to thank The Owners and Staff of Highway 101 for all of there help with our purchase of our New 2015 H.D Ultra Limited. Living in Roseburg we looked at a couple of Dealerships before we made our purchase as there are three dealerships all about the same distance from Roseburg. We chose Highway 101 because they made of feel welcome and at home, with no pressure sales, The Sales Manager Ben is great to work with, I could not make up my mind between a street glide or an Ultra Limited, Ben was very helpful.

    When we came to pick the Bike up Ben had it setting up front With a Sign on it saying This Harley is sold to Todd & Shannon Horne Congratulations. Thanks Ben

    The Parts and service department got all the extras on the Ultra Limited and had it ready to go when we came to pick it up.

    We met the Owners Al and Karen, Al even took the time to hook up the Headsets in our new helmets. I don't Know many Owners that would take the time to do that for a customer they just met, Karen talked to Shannon and signed us up for the light House Run, we have been wanting to do that for years.   • "Thanks to Al Pettit, Ben Scardi' Ben Hardin and Lincoln Miller I have finally found the bike of my dreams! After going through a sportster, and a street bob I saw a picture of a softail breakout in American Iron magazine. The bike pushed all my buttons and I had to have one. Ben Scardi found one in Eugene and had it shipped to Coos Bay. They gave me a great price on my street bob trade in and even financed it through Harley Davidson. Harley Davidson was 4 points lower than my local bank- a great added bonus! Funny how the 104 mile drive up to Coos Bay seems so much shorter now. Finally I have to add what a pleasure it is to deal with 101 Harley Davidson from sales to parts to service. I can't wait for the rain to stop and the summer hours to begin.Larence D.   • "I was having starter problems with my 2008 Heritage Softail Anniversary Model. I felt that it was battery related, even though the battery was only 2 yrs old and I went ahead and purchased a brand new battery at your dealership. While at the dealership, I spoke with George ( the service manager ) and he said he'd do a load test of the old battery to confirm my suspicions. The test indicated that the battery should be replaced so I went ahead and replaced the battery, using my tools in your lot. I would like to thank your service manager for his assistance. With the new battery installed I made it back home to Alberta with no more starter issues.As a side note I checked my battery maintainer when I got home and found it was overcharging the battery, so that was the cause of the early demise of the 2 yr old battery. Thanks again."
